Donk, many have that attitude, but not all. The problem is the $$$. CA public unions are accounting for 75% of ALL money spent in politics today- they have essentially co-opted the legislature buy being able to buy local races with their $$$. There is another article here or on Pensiontsunami.com that showed how much money the public unions spend, it s crazy. Until we have a grass roots rebellion, like Prop 13, it will be the same old same old.

Nearly ALL of the state judges are creatures of politics, being APPOINTED based on their political beliefs and leanings, and they rule based on their political beliefs and leanings.

When the Courts are no longer impartial and neutral parties, the third co-equal branch of government, then we have ceased to be the America we were created as by the founding fathers. We are simply just another third world banana republic where the golden rule trumps all- those with the gold make the rules, and that would be Big Business and Public Unions. Why else would GED educated cops and firewhiners, where there re literally THOUSANDS of qualified applicants, get comped in the $200K-$350K range?????
