It took far too long with too much devastation, but the majority of people have finally become informed enough about the negative affects of smoking cigarettes, that it is on the decline. Vaping is not “harmless water vapor”, not with unregulated ingredients and formulas of juice, and particularly not when an ecig is used as an implement for illicit, home brewed drug abuse. (hence their phenomenal popularity with the less than savvy young people).

Unfortunately, in the tobacco industry’s desperation and blatant disregard for the safety and welfare of humankind, our children, local wildlife, and the World environment… they have wrought yet another vehicle of addiction. Thus imposing its pollution and consequences upon the UNWILLING populations.

As a Society, lets not repeat these same mistakes with ecigs and their questionable use, juice and litter. Smokers, Tokers, and Vapists have no right to impose their vice on others, or to damage a Community’s health.

Why is “America the beautiful” indiscriminately trashed with a mulch of cigarette butts and its toxic waste… do we really want to add even more plastic, metal and glass bits containing concentrated poisons and drugs to the mix? I would rather have Bees and Sea Life!

Our Constitution’s “pursuit of happiness” never meant that you can just do anything and everything you want, particularly at the expense of other people’s rights… and it NEVER should!

The base NEED of breathing healthful air and access to non toxic water and foods will be further in jeopardy by yet another assault on our well being… ecigs will just become another form of uncontrollable, migratory pollution that is unjustifiable by even the lowest of standards.

… We CAN avoid this particular affront NOW…
… We NEED to NOW!

There is no excuse.
