California is in many ways a laboratory for centralized control of vast disparate regions.

If this proposal gets within 100 miles of the ballot look for a furious atavistic reaction from Sacramento insiders:unions and their puppet pols.

If the voters were to have the temerity to actually pass this the insiders will run it to the 9th circuit, where it will be immediately voided.

The impulse to split this governmental beast known as California is a healthy one: actual real democracy. Something closer to swiss cantonal control of the pig class feeders and enforcers…..
