In other words, if this lawsuit is successful, it will make it MUCH CHEAPER for business interests to purchase THEIR politicians.

Not to mention, make it much easier for the Christian Educators Association International (the MAIN plaintiff) to get God back in the classroom “where he belongs”, if you believe in that kind of thing instead of, you know, the Constitution.

I would think an omnipotent god could get into a classroom without the help of a primary school teacher, but I have heard he works in mysterious ways.

As for her being in the minority- doesn’t matter if she is or not if what the trougher union is doing is unconstitutional.

The US Constitution was written to protect the minority from the tyranny of the majority.

I suggest you take you miniature brain and read Knox v SEIU, good case, for a change.
