This is hilarious!

The sad part is that it is much worse than this as the FINAL cost for this scam will exceed at LEAST $300 BILLION in my opinion. It will take 1-2 decades to complete and will run 300%-1000% over the $68 BILLION re-calculated estimate. I believe it was $32 billion when the bond approval passed.
