Water is a very big issue for a small number of Kali voters. Except of course, in these extreme times. The dems will just continue to just promise more welfare to all the farmers and the farmworkers who are put out of work. It has always worked in the past, except for Vidak’s seat. The dems may lose a couple seats in the November elections, but not enough to worry them.

You never see the RAGWUS feeders concerned about water, unless of course the water money is being diverted into the feeders pockets. 🙂
