Nope, would NOT lead to chaos with the right leader.

The right leader would say;

“We are cutting our expenses, starting with above our market, WAY ABOVE MARKET, pay and benefits to our government employees.”

The ONLY reason there is not enough money to go around at sky high tax rates is because 90% gets siphoned off into the pockets of the troughers…..
