Lets see here my half-witted friend, water was private in the area I lived until the mid-1960’s, the roads were built by private contractors with gas tax money, same with traffic control, sewage is semi-private still, public health has disappeared, city works is an oxymoron, and as I stated I have never used the police and fire for anything and never will. 🙂
