If if he really WANTS to win, instead of just playing along I have some ideas. Ask Jerry questions that he cannot answer by responding about schools, rainy day fund and budget. Also make sure his wife is not there to feed him the answers and tell him where he is. Jerry IV is a one trick pony who is addled and nobody wants to point it out. Just remind him about our record for education, roads, credit rating and his “staff” who cannot master arithmetic.The earlier versions of Jerry had the opportunity to build water storage but was busy dreaming. Perhaps he could tell us how well the Hispanic or Black community has fared under his stewardship, clue dismal.
Unfortunately the Cal Rep Party is full of wealthy malingerers who view politics as a hobby and participate with their money and therefore power, they are indifferent to winning.
