Hey, this is ‘settled science’. Just like global warming. And we really didn’t just have the coldest winter in recorded history in North America either.
This subject is so boring but so important. Obama’s EPA and Kali’s air board are doing their best to shut down all forms fossil fuel for generating power. Don’t they remember when Kali lost power in 2001 or so? Brown outs (a great name considering who is guv now) may come back soon. They’ll just blame in on Reagan.

The word “belief” was not the words of the California Air Resources Board by the writer/reporter. Reputable scientists dispute any link between CFC’s or Freon and depletion of the ozone layer or global warming.

At least they admit in the article that it is a belief and NOT A FACT or SCIENCE.
When I was required to take a test in 1995 for my refrigerant license the Very First Sentence stated this very thing.

We know there is no evidence to support our belief, but the need is so great we are banning them just in case.

something to that effect is what it said.
