We used to take our dates up to Jenks lake up in the San Berdoo mountains to watch the ‘submarine races’ at midnight. Are we supposed to carry ‘consent’ forms that are to be signed by the dashboard light?
And remember the old joke, when the girls says “don’t, don’t, stop, stop, don’t stop, don’t stop”
But I’ll go along with this as long as the legislators have to have a signed consent forms every time they grab an intern.

Here’s an awesome idea: struggling law students will be paid by the universities to moonlight as ‘legal wingmen/wingwomen/wingpersons” to horny co-eds groping their way into a sexual encounter.

Since a verbal yes, or even a grunt, clearly does NOT rise to the level of fully informed consent in the harsh morning light, when the fog of battle has lifted, our legal wingpersons will stand ready with appropriate sworn PAPER forms in triplicate as the bases are rounded.

Wingpersons will not advocate for either side in the encounter, but will ensure that every touch, hug, handshake or caress is carefully documented for in terms of full consent.

Wing persons will also be the eyes and ears of the university administration, and will carefully monitor all social and sexual encounters for appropriate speech and gestures. In this functionality they will be augmented with appropriate electronic cameras and microphones.

OR- we do something sensible like slash university enrollment in half and divert students into vocational training based on tested aptitude, with guaranteed employment on graduation. University education has lost much of its value, even as costs have exploded and the campus environment has degenerated into a PC gulag/animal house.
All at horrendous expense to students and society.
