As I see it, the point here is the promises of politicians that had given rays of hope to the citizens, but is found to be campaign rhetoric (B.S.). The idea that honor includes handshakes and promises, is no longer. In todays politics a “public servant” can and will say nearly anything to promote an agenda, or is it personal gain? Occasionally, the public should be reminded of these false promises to properly evaluate the performance of those we have elected and the reason we cast our valued vote towards them.

In reply to Ted Steele, The Decider. Ted, try to use a little logic and reason when you post! We all know your only concern is to keep the trough flowing for your RAGWUS feeding pension, at least argue why you deserve five to ten times what a private sector citizen receives and you get it at 50 years of age instead of 66 years. But you come across like a second grader pulling on a little girls hair, no substance, no maturity, you are the best example for cutting all RAGWUS feeders to no more than $40,000 a year. :)
