Doomers accept poor service and high prices, but shun taxes and bonafide charity.

Ulysses and Queeg work very hard for our renumeration….wasting money “for nonexistent services” is a joke. San Diego is a tourist rip off rivaling a 1910 Carnival in Decatur.

We stayed at a hotel in Westwood while we were there for my grandson’s graduation from UCLA–valet parking only, was $37 night–but what service! He shuttled us practically up to the door of Pauley Pavilion and then sent somebody to pick us up when we were walking back.

The citizens of CA should not have been so stingy when Brown asked them to consider an extension of the Governator’s taxes–we were all used to it and Prop. 30 would not have subsequently been necessary.

Who would have known!

Outside the SF cesspool, the corrupt,overpriced San Diego and the Somalia-esque Los Angeles California is darn good.

By the way, must go to a wedding in San Diego….the lodging establishment charges $14.00 per night for onsite parking and $7.00 per night “resort fee”. There are not enough parking spots and the property is hardly a resort.

San Diego never ceases to amaze….
