1960.  This is the fault of Sacramento not looking forward and not recognizing that there is no economy on Earth without a water supply.  This includes both Browns who were governors of this state and had well enough funds to build the aqueduct for SoCal but forgot about the rest of the states needs.

Next topic not about returning Hetch Hetchy to its once natural beauty (go see San Luis, Almaden, Guadalupe or Uvas) if you want to see natural beauty, okay?]]></description>
