By November more lawns will be brown, toilets will remain unflushed, showers will be limited to 1 per week; 100’s of thousands of acres of the most productive farmland in America will be again fallowed in 2015, thereby eliminating thousands of jobs and further crippling the Central Valley’s economy…and the Governor is going to do what? Campaign AGAINST the Bond? Really? He’s going to stand up and claim fiscal responsibility…while backing a $68 billion “train to nowhere”? I’ll take that bet…

It’s time to move a bond to the voters…that is adequate to realistically address the State’s water needs. $3.0 billion for storage is necessary…period!
