Having said that I don’t agree that the beach booze ban is hypocrisy. I lived in San Diego back then and the beach drinking situation was wildly out of control, with thuggish drunken mobs taking over entire neighborhoods on holiday weekends.

That this total hypocrite even got to the SDiego city council is scary. But so was the last SDiego mayor scary. How do we eradicate these total losers from making laws controlling the rest of us? This is the challenge of the decades ahead.
