You need to make up your mind. Are you for government micro-management of the lives of citizens, or are you going to let individuals make their own decisions? If a restaurant owner allows dogs, and you don’t want to eat with dogs, don’t eat there. The market place will decide. Just like “pet-friendly” hotels.
