Just like the recent mega-fine on BP Oil for the gulf oil spill. All that money goes into the government coffers. And then the price of your gasoline will be racheted up a nickle or a dime, specifically so that BP can recoup it's losses. lol. The gov wins. BP breaks even. The consumer gets screwed.

This is exactly what happened with the 2008 Wall Street mess. You notice it was all big fines. No jail time for any of them. And then the gov regulators allowed the big banks to hike their consumer fees on accounts, cards and loans. LOL!!!

And the average American just rolls over. In fact, the average American is so stupid that he or she doesn't even understand what's going on!!! LOL!

This is tantamount to a desperate gambler at the roulette table in Vegas slapping down his life savings on red that turns up black, and then demanding that the house refund his wager. lol.

My guess is that LA shops for a friendly judge who will force the insurance company to settle - and then the regulators allow the insurance companies to raise their rates and recoup their losses from the consumers.

It's a common racket on Wall Street these days. It all flows downhill.
