This is what I’ve been trying to explain to you folks. And I layed out the numbers for you in the other crazy train blogs. This is a destined failure. So friggin’ sad!!! This money should get spend on municipal transportation systems or to upgrade the vulnerable infrastructure. Wait until the 8.0 earthquake hits LA or SF. Buildings and bridges will collapse everywhere! Thousands will die. And all because Jerry Brown ignores the infrastructure and wants to blow dozens of billions on a stupid crazy train!!!
