You read the article, LIC. Particularly the last three paragraphs. WP may be President Obama’s friend, but Ed Rogers sure isn’t. And he took ONE sentence out of context from a WSJ article.

I am a smart man, LIC. You said so yourself. If I hear or read something that doesn’t sound reasonable, I check it out.

I know, we ALL know, the “recovery” is not going NEARLY as well as past recoveries, or as well as we would like. I live in the Central Valley where the unemployment rate is 13.3% ( down from 15.3% this time last year. (And that ain’t U6)

I read many posts that say “most” jobs are low wage/part time jobs. No disagreement.

BUT

You didn’t calculate in all the PART-TIME jobs that don’t pay benefits which are created every month. By definition those are low paying jobs too! If you combine the LOW PAYING FULL TIME jobs and PART-TIME jobs those accounts for 85% or more of the jobs being created each and every month! Go read the Wash Post article again! And the Wash Post is OBOLA’s FRIEND!!! When’s the last time you looked for a job, SMD!! Try it sometime and see the flaws in your viewpoint.

You don’t seem to catch on very easily, SMD. A simple google search will find you many many many articles that complement the Wash Post article I posted. Besides, the Wash Post is a liberal publication that favors the Obola administration. If anything, the Wash Post publishes articles that SUPPORT Obola. If you knew anything about the major print media in the US – you would know that.

When full time good paying jobs are eliminated (via downsizing, offshoring, etc…) and replaced with low paying full time or part-time jobs (as documented in the Wash Post article I linked)the large majority of NEW jobs are low paying full time or part-time. Duh?

I could link at least a dozen articles from various publications that mimic the Wash Post article – but you can easily google “How many jobs created are low paying and part time” and see those articles for yourself. There are pages of them. Google is your friend. The common man is getting POORER, not RICHER, SMD. There is a reason for that. If the average wage was increasing the average net worth would rise. It hasn’t. It’s been on a consistent downtrend for the middle class worker. Do your research. I get tired of educating people like you free of charge.
