The biggest rip off artists on Planet Earth are the public unions and Wall Street. Both are financial blood suckers who bribed the pols to do a ream job on the taxpayers. So it’s laughable when I see them in a little lover’s quarrel over money. 🙂

That is so ridiculous. Of course the city knew what it was doing. If not fire the politicians and other involved.
But an agreement is an agreement. So the city and the people of LA are stuck.
