I thought he had a few good points. But if you want education reform you have to reform the student’s parents and change their cultures. Good luck with that! You could send them all to private schools and feed them the latest technologies. But if their parents don’t give a damn about the value of education – it’s all a wasted effort.

And the poverty problem is California is over the top. And getting worse. Nobody ever wants to tackle that one. I guess it’s too politically incorrect. Oh well. They wallow in your blight and crime. Whatever…. If you don’t care – neither do I.
