Either or….there is no way they can provide reliable service without PG&E crews…so I’d rather PG&E get our business which has been stellar for many years.
BTW…We opted out immediately after the Supervisors in our county dumped us into this Ponzi.

California get your dirty hands off our clean abundant hydropower! Now go away! Scat! Maybe you can run Hollywood off of biomass-fermented hooker dung….Or fire up San Onofre for another 30 years….
