Let’s put aside that the 9th Circuit is the most overturned in history, and look at the “equal protection angle”. MLB is a business, a BIG business. Why should it have privileges that other big businesses don’t. I don’t think it should. I also don’t think that the anti-trust laws themselves are legit either.
