I guess the idea that PARENTS should raise their kids and prepare them for real life never occurred to them huh? If you cannot SPEAK ENGLISH you should NEVER be allowed to a Public School, all this does is bring Everybody else down to their level, all in the name of fairness. Just Abolish ALL PUBLIC SCHOOLS already.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[The Capistrano Unified School District in Orange County received $8.62 million in LCFF money. The First thing that CUSD did with their money was restore $5.62 million in compensation from the 2010 teachers strike then increased class sizes by 1.5 students across all grades and furloughed students for 3 days to balance their budget. They definitely did not follow the Spirit of the new LCFF law- did not follow Public Disclosure Laws - Intentionally delayed contract negotiations because the COLA only budget would not have triggered restoration language. It is all documented in writing.
