Just exactly who are these people at The Center For Individual Rights? Obviously a bunch of radical, nihilistic, un-American subversives. We don't need no stinking individual rights in this country, we have Barrack Obama looking out for us.

Besides, everyone knows that the California Teachers Union is an angelic, noble, altruistic and public minded group of humble pedants who just want a better life for the children. How could any decent human being oppose that? I think DOJ should investigate CIR for terrorism links. I bet they're behind the Charlie Hebdo massacre and the 9-11 attacks. That's what I heard anyway.

If this case gets to SCOTUS and CIR wins it will destroy life as we know it in California. Just think of the dangerous precedent here. Individual Constitutional rights would trump public sector union political power. What could be more un-American than that? How can we expect public sector labor cartels to buy politicians, rip off taxpayers and run the state like their personal fiefdom if they can't extort billions from teachers?

Be afraid, be very afraid.
