Sadly, unsurprising. The type of people who populate editorial boards at fishwraps like the LA Times didn’t venture near the Science Hall, nor take any business and economics courses.

They spent the entirety of their collegiate (and post-grad) careers safely squirreled away in their liberal arts and social sciences cocoons. Every final was “blue book” format.

Their astounding, incomprehensible ignorance cannot be excused, but it can be partially explained.

The fair and balanced always have been open to new fantasies. We are a tolerent lot! Humoring trolls is the right thing to do!

Where’s Algore and Ahnold? Oh, that’s right…in their huge mansions when they aren’t flying the globe in private jets or driving around in limousines or Hummers or sports cars that get 5 miles to the gallon

When gross malfeasance becomes the norm in government regulations, we all lose.
