The train to no-where is another huge waste of citizen’s monies when roads and other infrastructures need attention. On one State Highway 16E from Sacramento to Jackson, another two lane is being rebuilt on the ‘parking lot’ road, rather than what is needed to speed the 40 MPH, 40 mile long crawl . People take risks around slow moving vehicles and speed in order to get to and fro. Yet Junior Brown is allowed his fantasies which he deems more important than the thousand who use this route.
