I&#039;m sure the Colliefornia (as Ahnode sez) sheeple will fall in line and approve of this eventually.  This is after all a state where the majority of voters nearly always elect DemoNcrats all for higher taxes and more intrusive gummit.

So having every mile they drive tracked by gummit should be no problem for the DemoNcrat majority.

And of course continuing to raise the existing gas tax (through annual AB32 increases plus other taxes and sales tax) PLUS having a mileage tax should also appeal to these DemoNcrat voters.

Split up Colliefornia!  It is long past time for the creation of the new state of Seilerville where electorate is not brain dead free range tax  serfs, trough feeders and those on the dole.]]></description>
