Your medical system has been flawed for more than10 years you do not pay bills even when they are documented and re documented. You send staff out to teach providers how to get the claim processed properly and they even fail to get the claims processed properly. You use people that have very little authority to resolve the problems the providers are having. Many of my bills have been denied and never resolve up to 75,000.00 no o e has ever tried to resolve them other than the 6 staffers that came to our office twice to help and they failed as well. Do not blame the care facilities. Blame the inefficient system the state has operated for all these years with the philosophy that we are above the law and do not have to pay our bills because we know you are not going to sue the state. This has been going on since Gray Davis thru today. The gov knows about since I personally have called the office yet never have recieved an answer. I dare you to ask any provider in this state if they feel the same way. I personally know doctors that have stopped billing because it’s more difficult to meet the regs than treat for nothing or deny access.maybe it’s time some one wakes up an looks at the staff that are responsible for payments to providers.
