Funny, I have a friend that was a party 25 years ago and was taking a leak in between 2 houses by two women, when he turned to see who was yelling he had his thing in his hand, needless to say they called the police, they arrested him, he was charged and convicted with a sex crime. about 5 years later they came and arrested him for not Registering as a Sex Offender and he spent 120 days in Jail. He is on Megans List. All for taking a leak.

The mania/hysteria over sex offenders has reached a point where urinating in public (forced to since in hyper-prudish America we don’t have many public toilets like the rest of the civilized world) can get you branded for life as a sex offender. And since politicians can always score cheap points with ‘gotta protect the kids’ rhetoric, while the schools are a rotting unionized cesspool, yeah this law was insane. Also insane is the drive to memorialize every tragic crime with yet ANOTHER law ‘so it will never happen again’. In an open society of hundreds of millions, with open borders, bad stuff happens and thats why we have police. North Korea is where ‘it will never happen again’. North Korea is on permanent lockdown…

What a crock, why in the hell do we an agency like this in the first place. WHat ever happened to “paying your debt to society”? these people were convicted , sentenced ,why should we have to do anything afterwards, hell if they survive the execution let them live their lives.
