Complaints about increased UC student fees too often ignore a key point — all poor and many middle class CA students don’t pay the “fees” (our state’s euphemism for tuition). There are no fees for most California families with under $80K income.

It’s called the “Blue and Gold” program. 55% of all undergraduate CA UC students pay zero tuition, and another 14% pay only partial tuition.

I have an idea. Let’s cut administrative bloat and do-nothing staff. Eliminate any job with “diversity” in the title.

Voting can be delicately compared to the famous Forrest Gump quote, “Stupid is as stupid does” along with others not directly from the movie, “You reap what you sow” and the list of analogies to voting could go on and on… At least Brown is bucking the alternative, but alas prop 30 should be made permanent, aye Gov? SMH
