It’s done by PIRG, a left wing group that pushes every liberal cause around.

Usually the CA affiliate (CALPIRG) is a BIG-time Democrat Party propaganda machine — puppeteers who serve as the progressives’ CA boosters. Not this time. We must be REALLY bad!
