Now it is 18% and I’m guessing its gonna fly past 20% here soon. Every % point is billions not spent on us, the tax payers and citizens.
I guessing the welfare budget in LA is kinda like the US food stamp program. Obama spends 70 billion a year on the food stamp program. But only 7 billion actually hits the debit cards they hand out,10% of the total money spent . What happened to the other 90% ( pensions, pay, trips to Vegas)? If the food stamp program was a private charity it would be in federal court for fraud.
I’m guessing LA spends about the same % on its services. How long before the welfare state slugs start to riot.
