Let the owners of the Chargers football team pay to build their own stadium. Does Home Depot as the city to build their stores with taxpayers dollars? How about a shopping mall?

I hope the taxpayers vote HELL NO to use tax payers dollars for something so stupid as football stadium. The San Diego Chargers and/ or private investors pay for a new football stadium NOT the taxpayer.
