This MUST be a talking point leading up to 2016, where folks are FORCED to buy something the Feds set up and if you don’t, you get zapped financially by IRS via fine, and if you pay the fine, you still have nothing but an empty wallet and no insurance.
Where are the 100 million folks they claimed would sign up?
