The use of body cams will still have little effect in deterring the sociopaths in costumes that now inhabit the justice suit with a bright piece of jewelry. Until these monsters are held to the same laws lesser citizens are held to then little will change in the behavior of the depraved miscreants that now hide behind the badge. 🙂
