					<description><![CDATA[Kevin is doing a great job in San Diego precisely because he doesn&#039;t just SAY that he&#039;s the mayor of all the people; he actually ACTS like he is the mayor of all the people.  He is smart, focused and a terrific communicator and the embodiment of what the Republican Party needs to be -- inclusive, responsible, focusing on the issues most people care about not the wedge issues that have marginalized so many.  I am glad that he has not focused on his next office as yet.  There is plenty of time and we need him here for now.]]></description>
