If the state ‘progresses’ (get it? Progressives? ) into further economic bankruptcy, the ever more Federal Centralized Gov in DC may just print more bogus money, and try to bail out the Golden State (think of disaster in Greece).

As for solutions to California’s water supply issues: How about CANCELLING that MONEY PIT-HOLE WASTE called the HIGH SPEED RAIL (to nowhere)? Then use that cash for more critical needs in California and also, RETURN Federal subsidy (of high speed rail) to the Feds.

Unfortunately I live in California and my circumstances at this time, I cannot leave and relocate elsewhere 🙁
