They spend hundreds of millions of dollars buying politicians and their votes, so it should come as NO surprise that a CTA rep is flagrantly violating the law with impunity.

We are a Banana Republic, where our democracy is for sale to the highest bidder. Makes no difference if the policy, law, rule or regulation is healthy or good for the entire population, the only thing that matters is if the special interest was satisfied. This is how we got to the point of $200K-$350K per year GED educated cops and firewhiners.
