Police abuse has been running rampart in America for decades. Mostly because Americans do not know the law themselves, nor do officers. They are actually breaking the law to enforce policy (police). We have always had inalienable Rights like the Right to Travel, or the Right to Bear Arms; but we consent away those rights under contracts like the drivers license.

What many police officers lack is empathy for other humans, thus you have beatings and shootings of people that don’t know how to respond to angry commands from what in many cases is coming from a costume clad LE officer amped up on rockstar, red bull, and many other drinks for the gun toting mundane suppressing machine.
All the training in the world will not stop the violent attacks by LE. What is needed is for them to be relieved of their “qualified immunity” for their acts and treated as every other unconnected citizen. Once they understand that there is no special treatment for irrational behavior towards another citizen or pet they will evolve into better people. 🙂
