OK-but all members of the population who are vaccinated are protected, right? Regardless of whether or not there is ‘herd immunity’. So all those who CHOOSE not to be vaccinated, e.g. to exercise control over their body, are making a (hopefully) informed choice. Like me, for example. I have not had a flu shot since 1987, and guess what: I have not had the flu since 1987. Crazy huh? And when I did get the flu back in 1987, 3 days after being ‘protected’ by a vaccination, it was so severe it put me in the hospital….I am familiar with the herd immunity argument and it does not carry water logically or scientifically. If there is no right to individual choice then why not ‘herd contraception’ or ‘herd mind control’? Oh, wait……

OK Dork, let’s review: Vaccines protect against communicable diseases right? So kids that are vaccinated are protected, agreed? So un-vaccinated kids cannot pose a threat to vaccinated kids, since those kids are protected, right? So what exactly IS the problem with un-vaccinated kids?

And since we’re getting deep and philosophical here, most trendy californians support a woman’s ‘right to choose’ because only she has the right to make profound decisions about her body, right? But then when it comes to vaccines we do a 180, and volte face, demand that citizens submit to the injection of toxic substances into their body against their will….weird.

Interesting take, the answer is obviously YES you do, but if and when YOUR CHOICE infringes on the RIGHTS of others, you should be held Personally Liable. And if your CHOICE puts others at risk, you have NO RIGHT to be around them putting them in danger. Which means YOU CANNOT GO TO A PUBLIC SCHOOL and willfully ENDANGER the lives of Innocent people that made a different CHOICE than you., but you are free to educate your children yourself, but if you fail to disclose the CHOICE you Made may put innocent people at risk, you should be PROSECUTED and JAILED and SUED into Homelessness.
