I’d guess it’s less than 1/100th of one percent.

So to reduce that water “waste,” enviro-whackos would have us importing bottled water from other more water-filled states. Gee, I wonder how much that would cost in shipping? Would it come out of greedy bottling company profits, or be a “pass through” cost tacked on to the price for the consumer? How much pollution would this needless shipping create? How many CA jobs would be lost?

Ignore the questions — just pass a feel-good bottled water law banning CA production. CA needs more laws — ask any attorney!
