Actually, according to the BLS, CA is in a 3-way tie for the EIGHTH worst unemployment rate.

How on earth does this outfit conclude that CA as the 11th worst unemployment rate?  Isn&#039;t the BLS report the &quot;gold standard&quot; for comparing unemployment between states?]]></description>
