Whos been smokin the crack pipe?? NOBODY “Anticipated” lower costs or premiums, the vast majority of Citizens loudly proclaimed this would DOUBLE the cost of Health Care. Only Government LIARS proclaimed there would be a savings to the people. Everybody else knew there wouldn;t be.
