In a side note, the D-Rat totalitarians consented to make amends for the loss of freedom by passing a law lowering the legal age to smoke pot to 5 yrs old.
They justified the move by citing studies from UCSF and UC Santa Cruz that demonstrated stoned kindergarteners actually require less child care services due to their catatonic state. At a press conference in Excremento flanked by their feminist supporters, D-Rat leaders said this action would save impoverished working mothers and the nanny state money in the long run.
