Musk is on the cutting edge and should be applauded for trying to do something that will:

– eliminate the state government from ruining it
– keep the tax payer out of the vast majority of the costs up front and into the future
– expand the valley to vast investment and growth that will make this state even more viable for MANUFACTURING by keeping costs lower
– bring an end to SoCal ruining the rest of the state by needing so much from the rest of us (nothing to do with the hyperloop, just sayin’ …. )

Prediction: when the IPO flops the taxpayers will pick up the tab. More proof that we are at the end of an age. Better get familiar with horses and oxen. Things are going to be moving a lot slower…
