Very good points. I heard, and kept in the back of my mind, that to transform the nation (redistribute money) it will be done through energy, health, and education. I believe this redistribution of money is occurring...from my pocket to a corrupt state and federal government. Both parties are guilty through green cronyism, or corporate cronyism. People, wake up!

The Global Warming Initiative AB32 that was signed into law in 2006 was done at a time that California was contributing a minuscule 1% to the worlds GHG’s. Now, almost a decade later AB32 has generated billions of revenue for the state at the expense of its business and citizens

The resultant higher costs for energy for every industry and infrastructure that relies on energy has resulted in much of our manufacturing relocating to other State on Countries with less stringent environmental standards.

Now, almost a decade later, California still contributes a miniscule 1% to the World’s GHG’s. AB32 and Cap & Trade have generated billions of new revenue for the State with no changes to California’s contributions to the World’s Greenhouse gases.

With the transparency that these environmental taxes are not effectively reducing California’s contribution to the Worlds Greenhouse Gases, how can the State justify our go-it-alone crusade that only generates billions of income to the government at the expense of businesses and the financially challenged?

Ca. is the only state in the cap and trade scam. The SEC has abandoned cap and trade, and climate change may be solar induced rather than man-made.
