The CCPOA has “bargained” for the right to not be searched prior to entry. When we allow prison guards and their union, through “bargaining”, to bring in drugs, cell phones and other contraband then the system is 100% broken and we have reached banana republic status where the people with the $$, the public union/s, are calling all the sots through bought and paid for politicians.
