Hardly. We pay 13th checks and then law enforcement also shoots people in the back? On occasion? Once is too much? Something is wrong with this picture. Something is VERY WRONG with all the largesse sweet-Sue’d into our law public safety pay and perks kitty. How about those who never leave a desk? How about public safety pay for inspectors who would’t know a punk on the street from Jackie Robinson?
